Judy Crowe    "May Morning"


  
Background and Education:
A native of Texas, Judy studied with Lindy Daly of Houston for three years.   Since, she has had the privilege via workshops to study with these nationally known artists: Tom Browning, John Michael Carter, Quang Ho, Gay Faulkenberry, Dan Gerhartz, Marlin Linville, Kevin McPherson, Ted Goerschner, Charles Sovek, Scott Burdick, Charles Movali, Matt Smith, John Michael Carter, Guido Frick and Scott Christenson.  

Crowe's subject matter includes figurative, still life, and landscape.  Her direct representational style is painted from life either in the studio or plein air. Collections include Kwik Copy Corporation as well as private collections nationally and internationally.  

Artists Statement:
An artist's work is a visual language about everyday life and the beauty found in it.  How the viewer feels when seeing my work is the real test of whether I have said something of value.  My hope and prayer is that I have.
